Since Hunan Tietong entered the social public telecommunication market, the way of product development has always been not definite. To resolve this problem, the author analyzes the characters of the telecommunication product such as publicness, effectiveness and the oneness of production and consumption. This essay also analyzes the customers' demand, incentive and their purchase behavior. In the last few years, the telecommunication in China developed quickly, business structure pluralism and the heterogeneous competition effect is obvious. According to these, it summarizes the development trend of the telecommunication products in the future. The author uses relevant theories knowledge of discipline such as strategic management and marketing to analyse and appraise to Hunan Tietong existing competitiveness, state of development, marketing service and innovation. At the same time on the basis of this present human resources , resource of the network , financial situation , whole management environment of telecommunication market, it find out the advantage, weak tendency , opportunity and challenge when the company's business expands. This essay propose the products should orientate as and give play to one's own advantage in the following several years, offer characteristic products and service to different customers, set up the base area of the characteristic business among the key area and key user; optimize the structure ofpresent products, realize balances development in all business, benefit to increase and develop the new products actively to succeed in establishing its own brands of Hunan Tietong.Finally the paper also put forward the guarantee demands needed to offer in such aspects as manpower, financial resources and material resources of strategy implementation of Hunan Tietong's products development, including improve whole quality, perfect the system of the salary , widens the financing channel , adjusts the organization properly , strives for state policies' support etc., to realize the goal of company's fast-developing distant view.
