The market marketing strategy is the key point of achieving the enterprises'overall developing strategy. Although Chinese telecommunication industry has presented a fast development tendency in 90's in 20 centuries with its characteristics, the development inclination has slowed down obviously since the end of 90's. It indicates that the Chinese telecommunication has took leave the ages of growing by customer's pulling, and entered to an age of sustainable development depending on the marketing strategic business. Hunan Branch, China Tietong, as a new telecommunication business enterprise, it's especially important to draw up a market marketing strategy which is in keeping with business enterprise itself characteristics and the market environment to face to the topic of how to exist in the vehemence competition of the market, expand the quotient speedy, and improve the competition ability of enterprise.First, this paper analyzed and studied the facing market environment, competitive situation and status quo through point of view of Hunan Branch, China Tietong, Based on the telecom market information, in-depth investigation and research, data processing and statistical analysis had been carried out, while through literature inquiry, established theoretical model, combining Hunan Branch, China Tietong Telecom market status, I have analyzed the competitive advantages and disadvantages of enterprises and the market opportunities and threats must to be faced by using the method of SWOT. Then, the company's markets had been subdivided and the targets had been located, the marketing strategies had been also introduced from different views. Based on the 4P theory, company's marketing mixed strategies had been discussed, such as: differentiate products strategies to different business; customer value transferring system, differential pricing and price competition strategies against the government pricing system. Finally, to ensure the realization of marketing strategy, according to the Hunan Branch, China Tietong's situation, the enforce contents and security measures of marketing strategies had been introduced focusing on marketing support system and management system.Through this study, I hope to provide some effectual reference theories and research paths for marketing strategies which have a extremely actuality leading meaning to the strategic implement of business enterprise marketing.
