Corporate Strategy And Innovative Mechanism

With the rapid development of science and technology and the promotion of integration of global economy, the enterprise operational environments have been changing dramatically. The fast changing environments require enterprise strategy must innovate timely and effectively. This paper presents research on mechanism of enterprise strategic innovation. The research work done in this paper can be generalized as follows.(1) The analysis of the elements of enterprise strategic innovation. The basic elements include innovational dynamics, main bodies, actions and goals. The interaction and correlation among these elements are the internal mechanism. These elements run through the entire process.(2) The analysis of the process of enterprise strategic innovation. Organizational learning and entrepreneurship are very important to form innovational strategy. In the implementation, the change of people's psychology and behaviors experience three phases: unfreeze, change and stabilize. The controls differ from conventional strategic controls: the controls and controls in advance run through the entire process formally; the contents include the controls of innovational speed, costs, benefits and cooperation mainly.(3) The analysis of the supporting conditions of enterprise strategic innovation. Strategic innovation needs supporting conditions such as system environments, resource flexibility and cooperative flexibility, strategic leadership, dynamic core competence and so on.As there are not enough researches on mechanism at home and abroad so far, the study can provide helpful guidance for the firms that will implement strategic innovation. Therefore, this paper has important theoretical implications and applied value in practice.
