| Recently "innovation" has been the hot field in Organizational Behavior, and Management Psychology area. Based on social learning theory, the trickle-down effect and conservation of resource theory, we explored the issue of how leader’s behavior affect the employee’s creative behavior in organizations, and also introduced innovation risk tendency and employees own mental resilience. This study adopted questionnaire survey,and manager-employees was paired The results showed that:(1) leader’s innovation behavior and staffs’ creativity behavior was positively correlated,(2) employee’s risk propensity and mental resilience played a moderation role; particularly leader’s innovational behavior, staff own risk propensity and mental resilience has a three-ways interaction.(3)When the leader has own outstanding innovation behavior, employees will be more willing to take risks and to cope with stress of higher mental resilience at the same time, then it will improve the staffs’ innovational behavior. Finally, the article also discussed the deficiency of the research and provided reference for the further discussion,and in the farther direction, the article points out new research direction in terms of employee innovative behavior. |
