In today's society,talent competition is becoming increasingly fierce,modern enterprises in order to be fierce in the talent war invincible,we must update the concept of human resources management,a clear human resource management objectives,establish a reasonable and effective recruitment system,Improve the recruitment system of employees,to attract high-quality talent.At present,due to the lack of systematic operating norms,many small and medium enterprises in the recruitment process is simply to complete the resume collection,screening,interview,audit and other aspects of the recruitment management in the face of many problems,which is not conducive to high-quality talent to attract,from Fundamentally limit the sustainable development of enterprises.Talent management is directly related to the competitive advantage of enterprises and the future sustainable development,in the enterprise management practice,for the management of talent is an indispensable and important part.YC Art Education and Training Company was established in 2008,belonging to the development of private enterprises,both in its internal management,or external competitive situation is extremely serious.In order to discuss the problems related to the recruitment and management of educational and training institutions and to find out the reasonable countermeasures,this paper,based on the in-depth analysis of talent management theory,taking YC art education and training company as an example,through the use of literature research,field investigation,Statistical analysis,comparative analysis and other methods,analysis of YC art education and training company human resources management overview,summed up the enterprise recruitment management problems.This paper analyzes the existing problems of enterprise recruitment management and the causes of these problems,and puts forward the strategies to promote the further optimization of recruitment management and human resource management according to the practice of talent recruitment management.Optimize the recruitment process,and the recruitment management process design applied to specific practice,for small and medium-sized education and training enterprises to recruit personnel management has important guiding significance.
