MC company is a newly established company which is a coal online and offline trading platform?The research object of this paper is the company's staff incentive system?MC is independent from the state-owned group company and it belongs to platform services company,trading service as the core,information service as the basis,logistics service for security,financial services for extension to establish a four-in-one new comprehensive trading services platform?The incentive system designed by the original group has,been unable to meet the needs of human resource management?This paper is under the background of the incentive system of the original group,according to the MC business,development thoughts and current situation of human resources to analyze the demands of MC company incentive,and design the incentive system in accordance with the proposed MC company incentive system design scheme?This paper makes the incentive system of MC company in the method of data information induction and combining the theory and practice and so on? Comparing with the state-owned group company system it has been optimized,mainly reflected in the following aspects: first of all,from the company initial emphasizing material incentive,neglecting the spiritual incentive to the new MC company's incentive system design idea that combines material with spiritual incentive;on the basis of positive incentives,it introduces a series of negative incentives? Through the implementation of the negative incentive system,it overcomes the problem of "minority" in human resource management in enterprises?Second,establishing a training management system,salary and welfare system,employee promotion system,which is more suitable for MC company,so that the staff's productivity and creativity can be released,and it can achieve a huge increase in the efficiency of work? Finally,regarding the design of the new system,adhere to the needs of employees and business objectives combination?Carefully study and analyze the relationship between employees' needs and achieve business goals,and achieve the goal of "double win" ?Finally according to the problems which may exist in the implementation of the incentive system,working on establishing harmonious enterprise culture,building standard and sound employee guarantee system and strengthening the organization guarantee system shall ensure effective implementation of the system,and it plays a role in the human resources management of MC.
