It has been a long time to the academic research of evaluating the business enterprise performance in the world. Evaluating the business enterprise performance has become an "important" point, proved and developed in the reality with deep research in this area. The management manner of Chinese state-owned business enterprise took place ultimately after China reforms and openning in 1980's ,especially in 1990's.So,it's the signality for us to study the evaluating performance the business enterprise deeply, establish the scientific and normative system of evaluating business enterprise. Now, it's in the process of academic research in the home how to establish the system of evaluating the business enterprise performance in the business according to the demand of characteristic inBusiness. The article research below problem by using the ways of combing theory and reality , synthetical conlusion and creation , regarding the evaluating performance of south oil developing corporation as researched object.1. The analyzes of present condition in performance evaluation in domestic and international business enterprise, which is good for the thesis research.2. By the analysis and research of present condition about performance evaluation in south oil developing corporation, we know the basic status, then opint out real problems .3. Under the theory of performance evaluation in business enterpriseand analyzes of performance evaluation in some individual enterprises, it put forward the new way of thinking for it.4. System of performance evaluation in south oil development company. According to the actual circumstance inenterprise, analyzed the main factor of the enterprise performance evaluation system, design the measures forms of performance evaluation of the business enterprise and factors of performance evaluation (evaluation items). According to the difference of the kinds and items of evaluation ,it make certainright allotment of them, established performance evaluation project of south oil development company andoperating rules .5.Implementary countermeasure of system in performance evaluation. According to the actual characteristics of the business enterprise, point out the target management is the valid method of the practical performance evaluation, establish the detailed target management rule and the correlative forms.
