After up to thirty years' development, the enterprises run by the local people extend in quantity and quality aspects. But during the second phase of undertaking, these enterprises have met obstacle into qualitative change because of their Familial management, which is self-centered and irrational. So it has become the key subject of the HR management field to recruit and encourage professional manager so as to change the character of familial management.The thesis promotes an elemental frame and train of thoughts of the encouragement to senior manager on the ground of the study of the normal encouragement theory and the encouragement theory to the senior manager. One example of a person-run enterprise is set, for the author to discuss on how to build the encouragement mechanism in a person-run enterprise, especially from the aspect of economical encouragement. The structure of the colony of the senior manager and their profession features are analyzed in detail through the research to this enterprise, so do the current encouragement methods and results be appraised. According to current situation and research, the train of thoughts and principle are proposed. Then the structural model is set up, and an economic encouragement mechanism and system are comparatively completed.Finally, the article gives prediction and analyses to results and the difficulties that may appear during and after the implement. Suggestions on the scheme are given to guide similar enterprise on the constructing and implementing of their encouraging system.
