It’s important to analysis and study the employee’s incentive problems if we want to improve the and competitive ability.Today how to carry out the sustained and effe ctive incentive is becoming a more and more thorny problem to human resource mana gers.Based on relevant scholars’ s incentive theory research,this paper expounds the in ner incentive of related theory.Through the Alibaba’s equity incentive,the harm of ove rtime working for empirical analysis, this paper put forward a more effective way to st imulate the incentive methods, such as equity incentive, enterprise culture motivation.By analyzing the change of the incentive effect before and after, found outside incenti ve improper use can backfire realistic problems, thus if we want the incentive to work,we have to find a best coherence point for the inner incentive and external incentives.Through the analysis’ s of the implementation of state-owned enterprise employees inc entive status and inner incentive problems in the process of identifying in the smooth i mplementation of the key factors, this paper put forward the corresponding improvem ent measures about the factors of restricting the play incentive effect, in order to help the enterprise to achieve the the purpose of incentives.
