In the past few years, the real estate profession is in the high velocity grows to maturity phase. Yet due to the growth velocity in the mark is too fast, most real estate businesses frequently overlook building together with the administration to business human resources, and at the moment cause the low satisfactory degree of real estate profession personnel staff and the fluidity is bigger .As the core personnel staff who act as the real estate project operates, the top managers are scarce in the market at the moment and frequently becomes other business's target. Therefore, the answers to the following questions are of great importance. How to manage and stimulate the top managers ? How to retain them and stimulate their enthusiasm and creativity to create more value for the enterprise and increase the enterprise's competitive edge?Hopson Corporation is a large-sized Hong Kong enterprise and lies in an ordinary competitive trade, to improve the operation efficiency, this corporation must make a logical and realistic choice. This is just the basic idea of the paper. The logic is as follows: in order to further the development of the enterprise, we must stimulate the activity of the managers , must establish a set of scientific stimulate-control mechanism. This is why the Hopson Corporation should carry out further stock stimulating scheme.The thesis promotes an elemental frame and train of thoughts of the encouragement to top managers on the ground of the study of the normal encouragement theory and the encouragement theory to the top managers. We discuss on how to build the encouragement mechanism in a person-run enterprise, especially from the aspect of economical encouragement. The structure of the colony of the top managers and their profession features are analyzed in detail through the research to this enterprise, so do the current encouragement methods and results be appraised. According to current situation and research, the train of thoughts and principle are proposed. Then the structural model is set up, and an economic encouragement mechanism and system are comparatively completed. It also discussed the possibility and necessity of practicing further stock scheme in stock company, and analyze various environmental factors that related to this plan, including economic factors and social factors and so on. Especially consider the comprehensive effects of carrying this plan, try to bring the best results to every aspects which this scheme involved. Finally, the article gives prediction and analyses to results and the difficulties that may appear during and after the implement. Suggestions on the scheme are given to guide similar enterprise on the constructing and implementing of their encouraging system. In a word , the study conclusion of this paper can be used to the specific realistic practice in running a company, so the paper with much instructive function nowadays.Consequently, focusing on conforming the Salary Policy to Performance Policy, a proper and effective motivation mechanism is instituted finally. At the end of this article, enlightenment provided by the motivation mechanism in Hopson Group for other private enterprises is pointed out with analyzing, which aims to provide an effective and valuable mode of staff motivation management for Hopson Group itself and for other private enterprises with similar developing situation as Hopson Group, and to promote these enterprises to develop harmoniously, healthily and stably.
