With the rapid development of Internet and broad application of Information technology, human beings have stepped into network economic age. At the same time, Cyber-marketing has already appeared and widely used in some enterprises in many developed countries, which has also led to the great changes such as marketing systems and marketing ideas as well as marketing methods. It is fully a new type of marketing methods that fits for the present situation of information technology development, customer needs change and fierce market competition in network economic era. It has not only expanded the space of enterprise marketing but also strengthened the core competence of enterprises. Therefore, cyber-marketing must become the most main marketing method in the 21st century.This paper aims to study cyber-marketing and tactics of cyber-marketing applied to Zhong-lian computer company. At first, this thesis introduces cyber-marketing of developing situation in domestic and abroad countries, after that analyzes competitive environment in computer line, then dissects cyber-marketing of Dell and Lenovo company, and then examines the present situation of development and cyber-marketing tactics in Zhong-lian computer company. In sequence, this article bases on outline of the definition, characteristics, advantage and developing fundamentals of cyber-marketing, and utilizes basic theories, methods and tactics of cyber-marketing, and also studies the tactical problems of cyber-marketing including four aspects about service tactic, brand tactic, advertisement tactic, communication tactic in Zhong-lian computer company. At last, this paper uses for reference some successful experience of cyber-marketing in internal and external well-known enterprises and puts forward a series of feasible cyber-marketing countermeasures and stresses that cyber-marketing as the most popular marketing means in cyber-marketing economic age should start from customer needs and must be combined with traditional marketing methods. Only in this way, the total marketing tactics of Zhong-lian computer company can acquire supreme success. I really hope this article can contribute to provide some meaningful enlightenment and help for the rapid development of cyber-marketing for enterprises in computer line in our country.
