The world famous sale expert , Philip Kotller indicated that new economy development has brought about new sale promotion rules. Cyber-marketing will be a trend in the 21st century. While it created many opportunities, it also brings about great challenges. Thus, how to make the best of web sale and make it bring in more profit has drawn the attention of more and more enterprises .In this thesis, it introduced concept and basic theory,discuss the differences between Cybermarketing and traditional marketing.It analyse the advantages about Cyber-marketing , which can't be replaced by traditional way. Only if we combine both of them , can we make more efficient enterprise marketing strategies. From the market survey and related data analysis, the writer made a summary on the current cosmetic situation in our country and pointed out the current problems about cyber marketing . The writer also gave some advice on how to develop the cosmetic cyber marketing in our country.Based on the characteristics of the cosmetic cyber marketing , the writer offered the strategy of classification, the product strategy , price strategy, market strategy and promotion strategy . The thesis also shows that scientific combination of cyber marketing and its strategy is the key to the success of cyber marketing .Based on the comparison of many instances, combining the characteristic of cosmetics and the marketing surrounding for these three illustrates how to build these kinds of website from three aspects: the orientation of the website, the content of the website and the designing of its layout, the individuation of the website. At last, a concise solution to building website is given.In the research , the author attempts to combine cyber marketing theory with the cosmetic field. It especially analyzes and studies cyber marketing strategy suitable for cosmetic enterprises and practical strategy combination. The author also studies the building strategy of websites so that it offers a perfect thinking way and a concrete strategy help for the development of the cyber marketing in cosmetic enterprises, The theory promotes the application and development of cyber marketing in China's cosmetic enterprises .
