At the era of network, the development and application of network technology had changed the information distribution and acceptance method and people's living, work, study, cooperation and communication environment, also caused great impacts on people's thoughts and concepts. The large companies across the world had provided information service and extended service scopes over the internet one after another, and also actively reformed the enterprise's inner structure and explored new management marketing ways, to meet the demands of network development era. So cyber marketing had gradually become an effective tool to enhance the competitiveness of the companies, and it was facing increasingly fierce competition.The digital camera industry developed rapidly with the technology progress. The increasingly upgrade for the digital camera's pixel, the implementation of anti-shake technology, and the emerging big screen products make the generation changing of digital cameras step up. Therefore, the digital camera industry was competing increasingly fiercely. This article could help X company to maintain the market share and expand cyber market, so it has strong practical significance.The article analyzed X company digital camera cyber marketing, then summarized its disadvantages. According to the character of the digital camera and the situation of X company, the article provides the practical strategy of cyber marketing to improve the disadvantage of X Company cyber marketing, using Marketing mix strategy, direct-marketing, soft-marketing and Integrated marketing. Through X Company networks marketing strategy research, this study not only provided the practical instruction for X Company, but also would help other Chinese enterprise to conduct the network marketing.
