In the world scope, with the shaping of purchaser market, the traditional marketing "product center" is gradually changing into "customer center". In the recent years, direct distribution , ministrant distribution database distribution and experience distribution come forth one by one, which show the enterprise is paying more attention to the customers and consumptive individuation. With the same time, in the marketing communication field, obvious cent and small crowd appeared in public communication. Media Advertising is not the only choice of the enterprise management, telephone, E-mail and face to face communication which are human communication and small colony communication are becoming more important for the enterprise.Conference marketing, which differs from traditional "public communication, network marketing" is a kind of "human communication and small colony communication, fixed marketing". It is an innovative Chinese marketing pattern, including direct distribution, ministrant distribution , database distribution and experience distribution. And the most important thing is that the Conference marketing has the specialty of colony communication.The practice proved that conference marketing is an effective and innovative direct distribution pattern, it is more suitable for China, and has better marketing communication impact. Compared with it practical quick development, academia has little research and industry also need urgent theory.The abstract review the conference management's development, and analyse each part of it with Journalism and Communication theory, emphasize on the communication impact, forecast the future of it, and for the first time put the impact research of colony communication in marketing field in the Journalism and Communication's research view.
