China Telecom, The Progress Of Video Projects And Communication Control Management

It's very important that how to manage the new service and new project which are proposed by China Telecom. Based on the project of video conference of Xi'an YangSeng, this paper analyzes the current situation of communication and exist problems, and gives one proposal on project management in communication filed. With the communication network growing rapidly, broadband network develops faster than before. The communication operator company raised many multimedia value-added services, such as " Xin Shi Tong " of China Telecom, "Bao Shi Tong" of China Unicom, and other appendant product and service. For example, China Unicom has raised video conference renting service, video recording service, and voice recording service and so on. But under the artificial appearance of video service blooming, it doesn't give enough feedback while it has stable network, inexpensive price, and all-round services. In a contrary, it reflects some problems in communication operator company, such as the disorder management, different prices, and invalid measurement.The method of project management, based on the theory of project management and communication market, designs the decomposition graph which satisfied the needed of project, makes the project schedule using key-path method and Gantt chart method, and proposes the control method and control procedure of kernel problem in project. Through the research and realization of above problems, author analyzes the method of project management in communication field, proposes the general resolution and key factor of improving project management in communication field.
