Direct Investment In China To Study

The developing countries focuses on foreign direct investment (FDD to develop its own economy and improve the enterprises' international competitiveness .The FDI of transnational corporations is the key of foreign investment .The scale and quality of the FDI of transnational corporations is always regarded as the sign of success of introducing foreign investment. As an important way of deepen internationalized production, the FDI of transnational corporations is becoming important economic force and playing the key role as the power and acceleration in economic globalization which is giving deep impact on world economy and society .In the next 20 years, China will build overall moderately well-off society and realize general objective of economic and social development in the 21st century. Since the Sixteenth National Congress of Communist Party of China, a new development idea which pursues the overall harmonized and sustained development instead of pursuing the growth of GDP has already been established.In the new period of opening to the outside world, how to utilize the FDI of transnational corporations to promote the economic development and upgrade the industrial structure, as a developing country and the new member of WTO and in the new situation of economic globalization, is a very important problem for China. The purpose of the dissertation is to discuss the policy and measures for our country to improve the FDI of transnational corporations based on the analysis on the FDI of transnational corporations in China and summing-up of the characteristics and regular pattern of the FDI of transnational corporations.The dissertation consists of five parts .The first is the background of the subject. The second part is the summary of the existing literature, which analyze the study background of the FDI of transnational corporations in the academic circles .The third part is on the base of analysis on development course and policy involving the FDI of transnational corporations in China, elaborating the features of the FDI of transnational corporations, and pointing out the strategic adjustment in eight aspects. The forth part give thoroughly analysis and demonstration of the influence of the FDI of transnational corporations on economic development of China. The fifth part put forward the policy and measures to improve absorbing the FDI of transnational corporations in China based on the advanced experience of developed countries.The characteristics of the dissertation is as following: first, the five stages of the FDI of transnational corporations in China has firstly been put forward; second, the analysis on features of the FDI of transnational corporations is overall and systematic; third, the analysis on the controversial issues on the role of the FDI of transnational corporations is rather detailed; The fourth is the pioneering research in the new developing tendency and strategic adjustment of the FDI of transnational corporations and the influence on China.
