Qiqihar City Land Use Structural Analysis And Study On Sustainable Development

Land-use is a dynamic conception. Land-use structure is a proportion of various land in the whole land area. It reflects the proportion of various departmental land-use and undeveloped land in a certain area. It is symbolized by the percentage of various land-use in the whole area . The productive sturcture of agriculture can be reflected by the proportion of plowland ,woodland and grassland. Whether land-use structure is comptible with the demand structure or not can refelect the present land-use structure goes with the land's natural form or not . Three steady tendency predictive methods were used, such as the moving average value, the weight moving average value and the linear-exponent smooth value,and the relatively errors of the three methods were given,so that the precision of the three predictive methods can be compared . I also used the Markov-chain predictive techonology to predict the land-use structure variation of the year 2006and 2009 in Qiqihar. By analysis of the variation characteristic and disciplinarian of the land-use structure with time ,we can see the present condition and variation tendency of the land-use structure in Qiqihar. Through the study of the structure quantity of the land-use pattern and the variation character with time from 1985 to 2002 of Qiqihar, I analysed differentiation characeristic of the land-use degree and the variation intensity of the land-use pattern. During the study I used the land-use degree variation model and land-use pattern variation intensity index,and the administrative district was seemed as the basic spacial unit .By the analysis of the dynamic variation of the various land-use pattern,we can define the problem and challenge that the land-use structure of Qiqihar faced . According to the reality of the land development ,I put forward to set up a rational land-use structure model and offered several rational land-use measures to Qiqihar. The scale of the construction land and traffic land is enlarging contineously,and the land-use structure has changed obviously. So grasping the variation tendency of the plowland and the variation of land-use structure in this area is very important .It has theoritical and actual meaning for our rational arrangement and optimization of the agricultural structure,preventing the further degradation of the land ,improving the land productivity,economic benefit and the ecology environment , facilitating the sustainable development of the agriculture.
