The Research On Land Use Structure Optimizing In Xing-guo County

Land is a kind of non-renewable limited resources. It is a basic factor in economic and social progress. Along with the quickly improve of urbanization level, the need to land will increase definitely. People can enlarge the structure effectiveness and land productivity by optimize the land use structure to satisfy people's increasing demand. To get promotion in intensive, efficient and sustainable use of land resource, we must pay more attention in land use structure arrangement.With the support of basic theories and methods, this thesis studied the land use structure of Xing-guo County, which is in Jiang-xi Province, China. The thesis analysed the discipline and problems of land use structure in Xing-guo County, made a forecast to its land use structure, adopted gray linear programming model to get optimization results of it. The main conclusions are as follows.(1) By using a series of index which included land utilization index, Gibbs-Mirtin diversification index, land use centralization index, Weaver-Tomas combination index etc. to analyze from several aspects like the number of land use structure and space. The results showed that there were some improvements of land use depth and breadth in Xing-guo County, and that land use types are centralizing, and that the total degree of utilization were low. The forest land was absolute dominant in the land use types of the entire county. The land use of all county was in the polarized development.(2) The thesis analyzed the changing law in the land use process in Xing-guo County through Markov chain; constructed the land use structure forecast model in Xing-guo County of 2015, and represented these problems showing in the process of land use change of Xing-guo County. The results indicated the farmland was declining sharply in land cover changing, the farmland protection is facing a hard situation; the intensive degree of land use in Xing-guo County is low, the economy effectiveness need to be increased; the Ecological value of environmental services is descending, the situation of environment in Xing-guo County must be concerned about.(3) By adopting gray linear programming method, this thesis built land use structure optimizing model Xing-guo County. Then the article compared the optimizing result with the forecast result obtained through Markov chain, demonstrated the optimizing direction of land use structure in Xing-guo County. Then refer to the direction, this thesis made policy recommendations. Xing-guo County should arrange three aspects of jobs:optimizing agriculture structure; making land use pattern becoming more intensive; enhancing the land use extent.
