In the 21-century, the epoch of information economic, most of enterprise plan and prepare its course of information closely. During this course, electronic- human resource management (e-HR) rises and develops rapidly.The course of e-HR is the one of implementing the project, which is about human resource management information system (HRMIS) based on the Internet. E-HR is to apply information technology into human resource management (HRM), which can improve the efficient of; it realizes the integration between HRM and other management departments such as finance, goods flow and customer relationship, which improves the management level and degrades cost of enterprise. Since it appears e-HR has changed the idea of HRM and innovates its mode, then propelled forward the theories and practices of HRM.In china, the development of e-HR is late and in the comparative low level. However, the increasing of e-HR is rapid especially. In local academe, there are few scholars who study e-HR and the published works are rare. Therefore, through learning the experience of study and application on HRMIS home and abroad, we can resolve realistic or potential problems during the course of applying HRMIS. We also believe that the research will be helpful for the domestic companies to promote its HRM and accelerate e-HR construction.Firstly, on the base of using widely the science about management and computer and collecting many interrelated literatures home and abroad, summarize the background, realistic and practical significance and developing process of HRMIS.Secondly, analyze the structure and technical measures, and summarize the profit of applying HRIMS. Then introduce the HRIMS product of J-YK.Thirdly, analyze native development situations and problems in applying process of HRIMS through empirical research, and then study the cause of those problems and how to deal with.Finally, prospect the future of native HRMIS industry; point out its evolving way. The innovation of this article lies in: study HRMIS in a new point of view, anatomize its realistic or potential problems and put forward to the solutions in the applying process of HRMIS, So that we can get twice the result with half the effort.
