Research On Training And Development Of Senior Staff In HG Property Management Company

Enterprise development has always been inseparable from staff development, and the development of modern enterprise relies increasingly on its human resource structure and the upgrade of its staff capacity. Staff training is one of the most important management activities in modern enterprises. From research to practice at home and abroad, competency-based training has increasingly been adopted by different enterprises. Senior staff training and development based on the competency, in particular, plays a certain strategic role in enterprise development.This paper has chosen a research topic of senior staff training and development in HG property management company. Firstly, this paper has collected and generalized a series of theoretical studies at home and abroad, such as staff training and development theory, strategic training and development, competence theory, competency-based training and development theory, and summarized a strategic staff training and development theory based on competency. Secondly, based on a competency model, it has made an inspection of questionnaire survey and interview on senior staff training and development status in HG, analyze and summarize problems and causes in senior staff training and development. Finally, based on related theoretical studies, it has put forward corresponding measures on senior staff training and development in HG, including paying more attention on human resource training and development, establishing a strategic competency model, analyzing training demand with application of competency model, designing training content and methods with application of competency model, and building a training evaluation model. Meanwhile, this paper has also provided a framework of senior staff competency-based training and development system for HG.With an in-depth analysis of present situation of senior staff training and development in HG, this paper provides a workable guidance for HG in senior staff training and development management, as well as a valid reference for similar companies in senior staff training and development system construction.
