The private economy as an important part of national economy, its development for the growth of the national economy is very important,. it is also a growing share of the national economy. The private economy has been more and more attention,. The development of China’s private economy is to rely on the growth of private entrepreneurs, the entrepreneur is a soul, is to promote the transformation and upgrading of the people.Private entrepreneurs affected by various external environmental factors in the growth process, the paper is the impact of these factors, the growth of entrepreneurs and how to create a good external environment recommendations.This study is an empirical study to evaluate the growth of private entrepreneurs’ environmental conditions based on Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province.This paper studied from how to promote the growth of private entrepreneurs based on Jiangmen reality. It is for the economic development of Jiangmen has practical necessiray.Based on the previous research, this paper use normative analysis and empirical analysis method, and by the method of literature, field interviews and surveys. Based on the previous research results, this paper analyzes the situation of the growth of private entrepreneurs in Jiangmen city。Firstly, after consulting the relevant scholars, research literature about factors of growth of private entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs, private economy.Factors combined scholars for the growth of private entrepreneurs,construct the private entrepreneurs growing factor.Secondly, this article uses the SWOT analysis method to analyze the current opportunities and challenges as well as the advantages and disadvantages of its growing environment of private entrepreneurs in Jiangmen City. Thirdly, by using the SPSS19.0 statistical analysis software to analyze the main components of the growth environment factor of private entrepreneurs, this paper extracts the environmental factors that affect the growth of private entrepreneurs in Jiangmen City, as well as according to the evaluation of these environmental factors, analyzes the problems existing in the growth environment of private entrepreneurs in Jiangmen City. At last, in the light of the results obtainedfrom the data analysis, make recommendations to improve the growth of private entrepreneurs environment in Jiangmen City.Combined with the growth of private entrepreneurs’ environment in Jiangmen City, this paper is to study the growth of private entrepreneurs’ environmental factors.No longer confined to the theoretical level, the paper combined the theory of effect of Private Entrepreneurs’ Growth Environment 。It is no longer a research major in a research major in politics at the national level,specific economic system and legal policies 。 Because of combined with the specific circumstances of Jiangmen City,therefore, in this paper, some political and economic systems and other parts of the country are not involved, it is just involved some of the policies, regulations and so on in Jiangmen City.
