| One of the important characteristics in age of knowledge-driven economy is vigorous innovation and entrepreneur behavior, starting an undertaking can give full play to latent energy of human resources, make them skilled application new knowledge for its going, transform some old management mode and innovate market demand. Due to more and more technical enterprises of the coastal cities of Fujian in recent years, technical entrepreneur behavior and relevant research of influence factor become important subject of research at present.This research approach is integration analysis of using the literature and questionnaire investigation and deep interview.Through research document, we can find that starting an undertaking consists of chance find, chance appraise , chance develop and the resuIt.The entrepreneur is a key element. And starting an undertaking which is influenced by the society and environmental factor divided three period of stage into together, chance discern , chance develop and the result.In the part of positive research, we choose Fuzhou , Xiamen and Quanzhou as the respondent. Through questionnaire investigation with deep interview, we make serious foundation of analysis to technical entrepreneur to investigation result, and originally work out the following conclusions:①With respect to personality and backgrounds, the interviewed entrepreneurs think that the education does not make a difference on starting an undertaking.The appropriate age to become an entrepreneur is between 35 to 40 years old.On top of that, a person's personality, specialties, work experience and the attitude toward risks do affect the success of a start-up business; ②With respect to external environment, the entrepreneurs point out that timing in terms of economic cycle affects the success of a start-up business but not the government policies and taxation.
