With the high-speed developments of China’s economy, it’s more and more necessary for many China’s enterprises to establish a series of management models suitable for their own characteristics. It is especially important to introduce a series of excellent management models of enterprises whom managers are gradually losing energy, especially after the high-speed development period when the organization scale becomes longer and longer, and the situation is getting more and more complicated. At the same time, among the management models of enterprises, performance management is at the core. To establish a series of scientific performance assessment can estimate the management, help fulfill the strategy and raise the competition ability of the enterprises.This article, by introducing the model of Amoeba management, first introduces the performance assessment of the present management, relative theory of Amoeba. At the same time, it analyses carefully the similar successful managements in China. Staring from the philosophical idea, it analyses the key specialty of management finds out performance assessment and the common point with the management model of Amoeba. This article has established a series of marketing system for company D based on the performance assessment system of the Amoeba management model and provides suggestions to promote the Amoeba management model.This article first analyses company D’s present situation of the performance assess and evaluation of the marketing system. It analyses in detail the existing problem in company D’marketing system, by way of broad in investigation and micro way of statistics, and finds out the problems and analyses the cause of the problems. And then, by establishing the key performance target, the theory of the model of the ability of being competent, based on Amoeba’s philosophical theory of management, characteristics and problems, and beginning from reorganizing the marketing system organization and establishing Amoeba unit, it designs a new accounting from based on value added of time and designs a performance assessment form including posts of managers, sales and after-sales engineers.Finally, this article puts up the problems to be noticed in the process of designing the performance assessment system in designing the Amoeba model.
