Research On Quality Management Of 56V Lithium New Product Development Project

It is not so difficult for the research and development of new products in Electric Tool industry and the R&D cycle of which is relatively short, therefore few systematic management methods exist in the implementation of projects for electric tools. As the market competition grows more and more intense, it is more and more demanding for the development of new products in electric tool industry. The company also pays more and more attention to the above facts, especially in the R&D of the new Lithium-Ion project. This new project will exceed all previous projects in its research difficulty and developing cycle and there is no model machine as benchmark. In total, the systematic quality management of the new project has to be highly valued and the problems during the process have to be well solved.This thesis is to make the best of the knowledge for quality management to carry on researches in the development of the Lithium-Ion project. Through the research, the thesis ensures the seizing of market and timely completion of the project with high quality. Moreover, through the systematic study of project quality management, this thesis provides planning schedule and controls the project through personnel, machinery, materials, and statistic tools as well as document management. Furthermore, the thesis summarizes the difficulties during the development and provides improvement methods. Last but not the least, the thesis establishes standard controlling procedures for company’s project management based on the new project and provides case study examples for the standardization of project management in the future.
