Recent years, with the labor cost continues to increase and labor shortage frquent occur,labor employment problem is increasingly complex, such as,project manager department count on contracting only,wage dispute,recruitment difficult,and hard to retain people.How to solve these problems,construct the scientific and reasonable labor employment mechanism has been plagued NHJ company.In this paper, I have summarized the relevant books, journal articles, dissertations, and cases, and have reviewed in detail the theory of human resource management, project human resourcemanagement theory and the project labor contract management theory.Besides,I also made a semi-structure interviews with company’s top managers and other employees,through these interviews,we had a rough understanding on the company labor contractthe development history and the present situation, then according to the collected data, we summarized the the existing problems and found its root,and put forward countermeasures unified the related theory.I hope that through this study, we can solve the employment problem of NHJ company, and can provide guidance for other construction enterpriseslabor problems.
