| New-type urbanization is not only the focus of the national development recently,butalso the inevitable trend in the future. Be different from the traditional urbanization,theconstruction of the new-type focuses on the human, pays attention to protecting the farmers’vital interests, realizes the sustainable and rural development together with city, whichcontributes to narrowing the gap between urban and rural life. The development of theindustry is an important part in the process of new-type urbanization, it not only provide alarge amount of construction fund for urbanization for promoting the economic developmentof the peripheral regions, also arrange part of rural employment, which play a part in buildinga harmonious society.With the development of times and the progress of social economy, the urbanization ratehas increased dramatically in some places. By the end of2013, the total population of Chinais1.36072billion,consisting of731.11million city residence and629.61million ruralpopulation. China’s urbanization rate has reached53.7%, promoting1.1%compared with thesame period of2012. But there are still many small towns don’t have to get rid of povertystatus and stuff living situation, the new type of urbanization in small towns has become theemphasis and difficulty in the new type of urbanization development.This paper takes Shangbao Town,Chongyi Country as an example combined with thebackground of the age of new urbanization and the revitalization of Jiangxi Soviet area.Atfirst,the author analyze the current situation of local economic development, the industrialadvantages, disadvantages and the development opportunity and challenge using the SWOTmethod comprehensively.What’s more,the theory of regression analysis and gray predictionare used to predict the future of urbanization rate scientifically and the likely economicalbenefit. Finally, on the basis of the results of the leading industry prediction and analysis, theauthor put forward a reasonable development strategies and measures. |
