A Research On New-type Urbanization Construction Of Xiangzhou District In Xiangyang City Under The Angle Of The Integration Of Industries And Cities

The urbanization in China has been a long time and made great achievements.But in the process of the traditional urbanization,there comes a series of problems including the separation between industries and cities,inefficient development and utilization of cities' space and the destruction of the ecological environment.Besides,people-oriented as the core advocated by the Scientific Outlook on Development is violeted.Therefore,during the period of the urbanization,it is an important way to solve the current issues by adhering to the integration of industries and cities and transforming the development mode of the traditional urbanization into the new-type urbanization.Xiangzhou District is located in the middle reaches of the Hanjiang River,which is an new industrial district of Xiangyang City as the central city of the Hanjiang Basin and one of the sub centers of Hubei province.Some important manufacturing industrial and tertiary industrial parks were arranged in the region and it is also facing a lot of infrastructure and urban construction tasks.Therefore,the industrial development and urban construction is the priority among Xiangzhou District's current work.Under the angle of the integration of industries and cities,it is of great practical significance for Xiangzhou District,Xiangyang City and even Hubei province to do well in the construction of new-type urbanization and overcoming related development problems.This paper firstly reviews the related domestic and foreign researches and theories of the integration of industries and cities,then deems that the traditional urbanization which was characterized by a large number of land expansion and massive consumption of natural resources is not sustainable,and the new-type urbanization which is by significant meas of integration of industries and cities is the right direction in present and futural urbanization in China.At the same time,this paper detailedly explains the connotation,mechanism and requirements of the integration of industries and cities,and combining with the analysis of the current situation and problems of Xiangzhou District's urban construction and industrial development,the paper devises a index system to comprehensively evaluate the infrastructure level,the social service level,the economy development level,the level of coordination between urban and rural and the ecological environment status.Finally,according to the results of the analysis of current situation and problems and the comprehensive evaluation of the index system,under the angle of the integration of industries and cities,this paper makes some suggestions on Xiangzhou District's development of the new-type urbanization,which include improving the efficiency of the urban construction and space utilization,promoting the public service level,strengthening the support of industries,accelerating the development of rural economy to boost the revitalization of the rural area and restoring the ecosystem to achieve green development.
