The Innovation Of Ideological And Political Work In Central Enterprises From The Perspective Of Social Responsibility

With China’s accession to the World Trade Organization, China’s economy has entered a new period of high-speed development. Economic globalization is developing. Foreign trade,capital flows, technology transfer, providing services, interdependence and mutual connection makes the world a unified organism. In our country, with the development of enterprises and economic benefits of ascension, some people have turned to invisible benefits, social responsibility movement start. Social responsibility is the social law and economic law stipulated in the individual responsibility for society as a whole, is made up of role obligation responsibility and legal liability system of dual structure. But the development of Chinese enterprises is in the phase of the history of a quick buck. How to straighten the enterprise and social relationship?How to play the social responsibility? Which social responsibility do enterprises should shoulder?These questions are on the agenda. On the other hand, the essence of corporate social responsibility is ethical responsibility. It plays an important role in enterprises in the construction of a harmonious society and this need ideological and political work. The fourth chapter directly discusses the corporate social responsibility and the relation and distinction between ideological and political work, both of them should combined with each other, and it also brings forward some concrete ways and suggestions to the ideological and political work innovation runs through the whole process of corporate social responsibility management. The last chapter is the analysis to state China Resources(Holdings) Co.,Ltd. as an example, talk about how it will corporate social responsibility and the organic combination of ideological and political work. It not only plays a large role in the performance of social responsibility, and alsoforms a kind of autonomous learning, positive working atmosphere in the internal. In the society,what they do lead the other small and medium-sized enterprise’s development, so as to promote the development of the society as a whole, the process of China entering a new normal.This paper introduce the background and related theory of corporate social responsibility,combine with the development of central enterprises and the advantages of traditional ideological and political work of central enterprises, take China resources group as an example,analyze corporate social responsibility as the breakthrough point deeply in the perspective of social responsibility.The innovation of central enterprise ideological and political work can keep central enterprise’s actual and characteristics, line with the international enterprise management,establish new mechanism for ideological and political work in the middle of the corporate social responsibility, help central enterprises get a reasonable profit at the same time, perform corporate citizen responsibility to the country and society.
