In China’s economic environment state-owned enterprises occupy a larg e market share. Along with the rapid development of the global economy and innovation of information technology, operating performance of state-o wned enterprises is deteriorating and the country’s overall economic develo pment is facing a great challenge. In recent years, the reform of state-own ed enterprises often hit the top search rankings. Besides, chairman Xi expr essed his determination to state-owned enterprises reform in various public. How to make the elephant dance is no longer a slogan which has becom e a question that all people are thinking about.In addition to the reform of the external macro environment, the need for a series of process modification of the internal enterprise can change t he present situation of the state-owned enterprises at present embarrassmen t. The thought of process reengineering and improve has been adopted by many large enterprises CEO, which is highly regarded. Successful applica tion cases like IBM, Haier and etc. Process reengineering and improve, thr ough comprehensive analysis, can find the crux, which suit the condition very well. The problem like obstacle of original internal obstacles, reducin g internal friction and low efficiency can be improved in internal processe s of big enterprises.Based on the research of the theory, methods and steps of process ree ngineering, the author takes marketing platform business process of commu nications equipment business as the research object. The author try to find out three influential business processes such as the cash collection proces s, delivery process and post rotational flow, through questionnaires, intervi ews and other ways to systematically study and in-depth analysis. Then su mmarize existent question and draw a set of optimized scheme finally.Through in-depth system analysis and research, this paper found that the process reengineering and optimization cannot achieve value-added by one or several workflow for several changes simply. It is a comprehensive and complex process that corporate leaders need to adjust the whole company’s strategy for customer orientation, and drive all relevant departments on the organizational structure, value orientation, and even corporate culture, etc. Through science and technology and other means to conduct a comprehensive change or optimization, the goal of the whole company performance enhancements can be achieved. In view of this, this article selects the research object that a communication equipment enterprise marketing platform which is the author’s own business process. The author analyzes the core of the three business processes:the payment process, delivery process, rotational flow, through questionnaires, interviews and other methods to study systematically and summarize existent question, finally reached a set of optimized scheme.
