Research On Optimization Design Of Supply Chain Management System Of MH Company

It is no longer the traditional business relations for the modern enterprise’s purchase. It is a strategic choice for integrating outside resources, decreasing the operation cost and promoting the core competitive capacity of companies. More and more enterprises begin to apply the supply chain thought to the reform of the purchase management, which is becoming a profit center.In this paper, with a military industry enterprise, MH is being a research object, putting forward to the purchasing management present situation and the existing problems. For solving the problem of the MH, It was described the emergence and development of the supply chain management theory and the technology development of purchase, besides, it promote the conditions of the applying the JIT purchase. Put forward to the supplier and candidate supplier classification management project, developing the strategic partner and establishing supplier periodical evaluation index system. It is proposed that purchase department structure, control flow of purchase procedure and ERP information management. Through the reconstruction of purchaser’s achievement evaluation system, especially strengthening the well-defined power and responsibility and the relationship and negotiation with related department, it provide guarantee for the smooth running purchase management system. This project is done and development in the implementation process, which prove to be a good design. Hopefully it will be benefit the decline of running cost, increasing the response speed of military industry equipment and quality of service.
