Purchase is the first point in enterprise logistics activity and the core business of the enterprise strategy .In supply chain management environment, material purchase has face many new problems. The problems such as purchase strategies, selecting suitable supplier, reducing the purchase cost, etc, have become the realistic problems that the enterprise purchases management have to face presently. Establishing efficient purchase organization structure by planning of the purchase, scientific methods and quantitative analysis, enterprise can not only establish the standard of decrease total cost and enhance profitability, but also can find the better enterprise strategy partner, optimum supply chain management and enhance enterprise competence.This paper studies on purchasing in supply chain respectively from material purchase strategies and supplier evaluation and uses qualitative and quantitative method.Firstly, this paper introduces the concept, content and effect of purchase management. Base on these,it emphases on purchase management in supply chain management environment.Then, from the angel of material purchase, introduces a material purchase strategy in supply chain-purchasing combined analysis method; emphases on discussing the basic concept of this method and the implementation method of it- fuzzy cluster method. After giving the principle, step and application of it, this paper gives the corresponding supplier management strategy.In the following part from the angel of supplier evaluation, introduces supplier evaluation method in supply chain- Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation; emphases on discussing the principle, model and step of this method.At last, this paper gives an example of supplier evaluation by Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation and describes solving process in detail in order to make people have a complete understanding of supplier evaluation. This paper applies Fuzzy Cluster method and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation in to material purchase and supplier evaluation. The study in this paper may may be management reference function for purchase management. |
