| With the advent of age of experience tourism,The consumers begin to pay attention to process of experience and quality of experience.And find tourism experience of happy and unforget will instead of the traditional tourism activities.Flowertourism is a new type of tourism economy,it combined with tourism and flowers industry.And,it has the economic benefits,social benefits,environment benefits. The flowertourism presents good prospects for development.Kunming is “spring cityâ€,flowers often open all year the around.Now,Flower tourism mainly composed of ornamental and shopping in Kunming, presenting low of experience quality and satisfaction Index. So how to use rich tourism resources of flowers to develop high flower tourism experience is an important topic.The research is based on the perspective of experience, through the analysis of the experience and flower tourism literature. To carry out questionnaire survey activities to get empirical research of relevant data and information.Use descriptive statistical analysis, analysis of variance, paired sample test and IPA analysis methods to research tourists experience perception. The result is tourist population characteristics, tourists travel behavior characteristics of tourists experience perception dimension difference, make sure the difference between tourism experience perception before the experience and satisfaction degree after the experience.And On that basis, put forward the flower tourism development countermeasures.The main research contents and results are as follows:First,on the basis of analysis of related literature, proposed the five flower tourism experience dimension and determine the index of flower tourism experiences.Second,Analysis of tourist population characteristics, behavior characteristics of tourists experience perception effect in use of independent sample T test, single factor variance analysis method.Find on different characteristics of tourists, the expectations of tourists is higher than tourists satisfaction degree. Third,use paired sample T test and IPA analysis to find experience expectation gap between products and services. Fourth, put forward the flower tourism development countermeasures for this problem. |
