Research On Tourism Development Of Fenghuanggou Scenic Area In Jiangxi Province Based On Tourist Experience

Under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,adhering to the development concept of high-quality ecological agricultural tourism,in order to meet the basic goals of the people’s pursuit of a better life,the Party Central Committee and the State Council have deeply advocated the supply-side reform of the ecological agricultural tourism industry to lead the country.Even the world’s tourism supply chain has achieved leapfrog and blowout development and improvement.Ecoagricultural tourism is a new type of tourism industry based on elements such as natural ecological scenery,agricultural cultural heritage,and agricultural experience activities.It aims to explore its unique tourism characteristics and promote local economic development and rural agricultural transformation and upgrading.With the continuous development,renovation,standardization and perfection of the tourism market,the growth of the people’s material and economic level,spiritual culture has played a leading role in people’s lives,and the "flying around" style of tourism has been difficult to attract the enthusiasm of tourists and the intention to revisit.On the contrary,personalized play experience is gradually entering people’s field of vision.People’s travel psychology is more inclined to the travel mode with a sense of experience and participation.Tourists prefer the characteristics of green ecology,leisure and health care,participation experience and collaborative interaction.tourism products,thereby generating a deeper emotional experience and enhancing the memory and attractiveness of tourism.Today,tourism concepts and technologies have been constantly innovating,and future world tourism will be more diversified and innovative,so that tourists can better enjoy and deeply understand the unique charm of local culture,history and natural environment.Fenghuanggou Scenic Area in Jiangxi Province is located in Huangma Township,Nanchang County,Nanchang City.It is a national 4A-level tourist attraction with rich historical resources of sericulture and tea culture.Experience,walking leisure,student research,training and conferences and other projects as the development direction of the ecological agriculture demonstration park.This paper takes Fenghuanggou Scenic Area in Jiangxi Province as an example,combined with the current situation and characteristics of eco-agricultural tourism in the scenic area,and conducts an in-depth discussion from the perspective of tourism experience.First of all,by consulting relevant materials and literature,and according to the origin,development and successful cases of ecotourism,agricultural tourism and tourism experience at home and abroad,this study determines specific research ideas and methods and measures,and builds a model of influencing factors of tourist satisfaction in Fenghuanggou Scenic Area.Secondly,this study makes a brief overview of the background,geographical location,park distribution,tourist sources,tourism resources,environmental characteristics,history and culture,and folk customs of Fenghuanggou Scenic Area.The tea garden base,high-yield demonstration sericulture garden,experiential vegetable and fruit garden,special accommodation and other aspects mainly introduce the characteristics of the main landscape ecological garden in Fenghuanggou Scenic Area.Thirdly,this study uses the questionnaire survey method,with the help of spss software to conduct statistical analysis,correlation analysis,and regression analysis on the data,and intercepts the scenic spot network comment data as a supplement,uses the high-frequency word category analysis method for statistics and analysis,and combines and summarizes Some problems in the tourism development of Fenghuanggou Scenic Area are mainly manifested in five aspects: insufficient tourism products,unsatisfactory tourism experience items,insufficient public supporting facilities,unsound internal and external transportation systems,and incomplete scenic management services.Finally,the author puts forward some positive improvement countermeasures from the five major sections of enriching and diversifying tourism products,innovating experience activities,improving public supporting facilities,improving internal and external transportation systems,and optimizing scenic spot service management.This paper analyzes in detail the main factors that affect the satisfaction of Fenghuanggou Scenic Spot from the perspective of tourist experience,highlights the experience value of tourists,and makes up for the lack of most scholars who only studied the construction planning and development direction of the scenic spot.It will help the managers of Fenghuanggou Scenic Spot to fully and accurately understand the personal feelings of tourists and the specific needs of the scenic spot,and can carry out more targeted development,construction and operation management of the park,which has certain reference significance.
