A Study On Regional Logistics Development In Yunnan Province Under The Background Of "One Way"

In recent years, with the development of Chinese ASEAN Free Trade Zone, "The Belt and Road" and the Yangtze River economic belt and other major country’s strategy in the implementation, they provides a new opportunity and motivation for the economy of Yunnan province to achieve the leapfrog development. With the rapid development of economy, at the same time, the logistics industry of Yunnan Province has been significant developed. It will inevitably bring about Yunnan Province’s logistics demand, and constantly improve the logistics demand diversification. In order to safeguard the trade between Yunnan Province goods can be fast, efficient operation, play logistics’ role on the economic growth better, it is necessary to study the development of regional logistics in Yunnan Province deeper, to understand the mechanisms, then make the Yunnan regional logistics system planning guidance correctly, and promote the coordinated development of the regional logistics and economy.Therefore, this paper analyses the development of logistics industry in Yunnan province by means of system dynamics and its influence mechanism. First, summarizes the domestic and regional logistics development situation and research dynamic. based on this, analysis present situation of logistics industry’s development of Yunnan Province, points out the basic problems existing in the current development of the logistics industry in Yunnan Province; secondly, the analysis of the mechanism between the elements of the internal system, construct three sub models which are the logistics industry system dynamics model, sub model and regional economic development of Yunnan Provincial, logistics backlog and regional logistics industry capital; furthermore, using the software called VENSIM to model the validity and practicability of the test. Finally, with the help of VENSIM make empirical analysis of regional logistics industry of Yunnan Province from 2010 to 2025.This paper trying to use the theory and method of system dynamics, analysis the internal mechanism of regional logistics in Yunnan Province, based on this, establish the dynamic domain model of logistics industry system of Yunnan Province, and simulate the regional logistics development trend in the future; Using the function of “laboratory of the strategy and tactics” from system dynamics model, through four different assumptions of policy plan to analysis and simulate the promoting effect of different factors on the logistics industry and the economy in Yunnan province. According to the simulation results, provide some countermeasures of development about the logistics industry in Yunnan Province, to enhance the regional competitiveness, and optimize the allocation of resources, to provide theory support and policy guidance to build Yunnan province as the bridge hub facing Southeast Asia and South Asia " The Belt and Road ".
