Research On Development Strategies Of Regional Logistics Industry Based On System Dynamics

With the rapid process of economic globalization and regional economy integration, As an important part for the regional economy, regional logistics exerts a crucial role in many aspects, such as improving the efficiency, economic benefit and scale economy on the produce field and circulation field, enhancing enterprises' and regional economy core competition. Consequently, the construction and development of Regional logistics industry has become a new growth point of the domestic economy. Although the domestic regional logistics system has achieved some successes, due to current research on the planning technology and methods of the Regional logistics system is inadequate, moreover, there is deviation cognition on the Regional logistics system, which cannot grasp correctly the evolution law of the different development stages. So there still exist problems such as duplicate construction, infrastructure waste, unreasonable layout, inefficient operation. This paper in view of this phenomenon, the System Dynamics is introduced to the Regional logistics system, the research centered on the countermeasure of Regional Logistics industry is lucubrated in this paper, it has instruction and implementary significance in this study.First of all, the development actuality and characteristics of the domestic regional logistics are summarized and its existent problems and reasons are analyzed. Moreover, the inscapes and features of the Regional logistics system and the interconnections between the components of system are analyzed. Secondly, the logistics System Dynamics model is established, which comprises of 3 sub-systems: regional economic development system, Logistics backlog system, regional logistics industry capital system. Running the model by Vensim PLE software, This paper take Changzhou regional logistics (from 2002 to 2020) as an empirical example, after the validity of the model is tested and its sensitivity is analyzed, the results indicate that the model is validity and practicability. By using the model function of"strategy and tactics laboratory", the paper carries on targeted policy simulation of Changzhou regional logistics. Through the four assumption strategic analysis, comes to a conclusion that improving the logistics operating efficiency and capital conversion rate is better than simply increasing the fixed assets investment, coordinated development of fixed assets investment, capital conversion rate and logistics operating efficiency is the most beneficial for the development of Changzhou logistics industry. Finally, according to the simulation results, the countermeasure of logistics industry development of Changzhou is proposed.
