Research On Logistics Cost Control Of Petroleum Material Supply Enterprises Of Russia

With the continuous development of economic globalization, further exacerbating the competition among businesses, and at the same time, the role of logistics enterprises began to be more and more attention. Logistics activities are not inventions of modern society, it has been throughout the supply chain, each link in the supply chain enterprises. In supply chain management, enterprise and other enterprises are no longer simply a pure competition, but rather a complementary implementation of strategic partnership. Oil companies want to survive and develop in the fierce competition in the market continuously, choose the path of a viable sustainable development is imminent. And this logistics cost control policy, you must be able to adapt to the rapidly changing business environment outside the enterprise as well as the rapid development of social technology.In this paper, the logistics cost calculation method and logistic cost control of petrol material supplies companies are studied. First, this paper analyzing the current situation of logistics cost of oil supplies companies and discussing the feasibility and rationality of logistics cost control. On this basis, the calculation method of logistics cost for oil supply business are discussed. By analyzing the characteristics differences between traditional logistics cost calculation method and activity-based costing, come to the conclusion that the activity-based costing method is more useful in calculation of logistics cost. Secondly, the irrational factors in oil supplies enterprise cost management of transportation and inventory are analyzed. After that, based on the vendor managed inventory(VMI) model, the cost analysis model is built. At last, this paper designing a case that a logistics enterprise providing logistics services for Luke oil supplies. In this case, through dismantling the operation process of oil supply logistics, every logistics operation cost are calculated. By using ABC method, the cost of each single job is allocated and total cost are calculated.By studying the logistics cost calculation and control of oil supplies companies, a viable development model is found. Make use of this model, the oil supplies companies can take full advantages and integrate the storage 、transportation and information of logistics. Eventually establish a scientific information network in order to enhance their scale and competitiveness.
