Coal consumption has always occupies the dominant position in China’s energy structure,and it is difficult to change the status in the future for a long period of time.Building a modern coal logistics system,not only to improve the the efficiency of energy use,to promote economic and social development,but also the key to improving the competitiveness of coal enterprises.Anhui is one of the major provinces to product coal in East China,coal plays an very important roal in the development of our province.The shortage of the coal logistics system hinder the market of coal consumpution.lt is not conducive to the transformation of the coal industry.Therefore,it is necessary to change the concept of heavy production,light logistics. Building a modern coal logistic system to improve the strength of coal logistics industry.This paper collected the date of coal production and sales volume and gross national production in Anhui province in recent years to analysis,obtains the coal has a key role to the development of the economy,and the annual output of coal in increased year by year,which is necessary to establish a modern coal logistics system as soon as possible.Then,this paper also uses a variety of methods to collect the influence factors of the establishment of coal logistics system,using interpretative structure model.the system dynamic method is used to analyze the influencing factors,provide a theoretical basis for further establishment of optimization of coal logistics system.This paper plays a key role for the influence factors in the logistics system of coal transportation facilities,some measures were put forward.Finally,from the view of modern logistics management perspective,comprehensive modern logistic concept,build a modern coal logistics system,and provides some useful suggestions for the development of China’s coal logistics.
