Under the background of the development of global service economy, the transformation of service become the current trend of the development of Chinese manufacturing enterprise. Manufacturing enterprises faced the situation that the profit space is reduced, and the cost pressure raise, and the competitive environment, traditional manufacturing enterprises can’t meet the customer’s demand any more. They want to get more value directly, so the traditional business model is no longer a competitive advantage.Manufacturing enterprise urgently need to re-examine their own business model and constantly improve the BM, so as to break through the dilemma, and see new development.Service business model has been widely used in foreign countries, China’s manufacturing enterprises should also carefully consider how to build their own business model, and finally implement innovation. However, in the domestic, the the research about service innovation and BMI is very small, so how the manufacturing enterprise can achieve business model innovation is not clear. Based on this, this article focused on the domestic manufacturing industry’s business model, analyze how to achieve business model innovation through resource integration.Based on the research of servitization and business model innovation, this paper base on the resource-based theory, this paper bulids a static anaysis framework of manufacturing business model, and on this basis, chose two companies as case for analysis, they are Y co.LTD Hangzhou, and Q co. LTD Hangzhou. Firstly analyzed the business model of the two equipment manufacturing, and their key resource and core competence, then deconstruct the business model innovation through resource integration, and finally comparing their similarities and differences and comes the conclusions:(1) servitization is an important way to respond the environment changes for manufacturing enterprises, the servitization business model contains five elements:value proposition, business process, external relations, profit model and key resources and ability. (2) Within the companies, the resource can be broken and restructuring, with properties of the elements of business model integration resources has practical significance. (3) Manufacturing enterprise original key resources and competence are the foundation of the transformation. (4) servitization is a long-term process, enterprises in different degree of servitization, the emphasis and the method of resource integration is different.This paper made the three main contributions to business model theory:(1) Build the manufacturing business model analysis framework of servitization. (2) This paper applied the framework of business model to the servitizaiton context, enrich the study of business model.(3) Used the resource-based view to analyze the servitization business model, expanded the application fields of Resource-Based theory. Finally, the main innovation of this paper lies in that proposed a thought that broken the manufacturing enterprise’s resource, and restructuring them through business model element, thus integrate the resource and business model, which is beneficial to recongnize the nature of the servitization business model innovation.
