An organization with a promising future is capable of assembling capital and resources on the effects. Internal and external effect is the result of mutual endeavors that all members made in the organization. As an effective carrier to implement and achieve strategic goals, job position should conform to the requirements of the organization. From the theory perspective "people and the environment interaction" where employee- organization matches each other, this thesis adopted the view of "values consistency" in conjunction theory,and referred organizational structure variables,and employees individual variables,and the completed Jiahui staff position reconstruction under the post value causality. This thesis argued that employees- job matching has positive influence on employee engagement, and negative influence for the counter-productive behavior. So post reconstruction may reduce the effects produced by production of Jiahui company- the counterproductive behavior, and prevent Jiahui company group’s own solidification.This paper is theory-based diagnose category, the basis theories are existing specific micro theory and macro theory, and the purpose is to build diagnose theory model for position re-construct. The basic methods are using in this paper including :reference review method, interviews, questionnaire survey and empirical analysis method. The theories which are introduced in the paper including: "cobweb model" in organization management, "strategy map", decentralized structure methods for organization simulation, organization budget management method, contrast method,sorting, taxonomy and post asses of hay group, were adopted in whole process of the writing.None of the companies can give up its history, which could bound to determine its future, so the Position re-construct process in Jiahui company will take longer and step by step. So during the process of the position re-construct there is always vigilance for the hypothesis,from Ranking method to classification method and refer to Hay Guide Chart-profile Method. In this paper Huawei company is taken as the benchmark,organization budget management is taken as early warning mechanism during the whole process of position re-construct. Based on questionnaire survey and multiple origins of evidence, through summary the problems existing in the position structure of Jiahui andanalyzed the reasons that caused the problems, after analyzing the important impact factors,Jiahua company gradually implement the activity of position re-construction.Through position re-construct according to the methods provided in this paper it may has solved so many critical problems existing in Jiahui,such as large deviation between original post value and external environment, mismatching among core and backbone position, the value and organization strategy, disjunction between post setting and organization structure and so on. The thesis inserted diagnosis and analysis for organization-post relationship only from the prospective of its matching and conjunction, and regarded employee’s counter-productive work behavior as the research object in employee-post relationship, so the diagnosis research of this thesis has its limitation.
