Research On The Supervision System Of Network Transaction In Local Business

Since information technology was widely used in our country, the network transaction has been more and more significant in the economic development. In this situation, we need to think about the following questions:What strategy of trade supervision system suits this new economic model? How to improve the existing system to guarantee the market order of fair competition? Up to now, the government, mainly AIC, is still trying to find a proper way. The studies of this issue are neither enough.This paper attempts to make further research. The first part investigates the current situation of network trade market and the supervision system. The event between Taobao and AIC tells us that the existing system needs change. The second part analyzes the network transaction, distinguishes the basic concepts, such as the ministry of commerce and industry, and inductive network trade and local characteristic of the ministry of commerce and industry supervision system, proposes that the local ministry of commerce and industry regulation system the basic framework of online transactions should include three parts:Clear goals, mature supervision means and effective regulatory mechanism. The third part, through the case analysis of Taizhou city industry and commerce, find the Taizhou short board and the reasons of the existing system of ministry of commerce and industry. The fourth part, through the introduction to the practice at home and abroad, claim to adjust measures to local conditions, to reference the advanced experience of developed countries, developing countries effective practice, as well as China’s first-tier cities and second-tier cities of the ministry of commerce and industry of the local practice. The fifth part, it is concluded that the local departments of industry and commerce to our country network supervision system of trading and design thinking and countermeasures.Induction in this paper, through literature, comparative analysis, case analysis, the local industrial and commercial department does systemic research on the network transaction regulation, I think that the government to encourage and promote the network transaction is in line with the trend of the global economy in our country, the local industrial and commercial department should according to the characteristics of the network trading, the characteristics of information technology and the characteristics of the ministry of commerce and industry regulatory system to design, and the gradual regulation goal, comprehensive regulatory means, effective supervision mechanism as the direction of the system construction.
