Study On The Development Level Of Inland Open Economy In Guizhou Province

After 30 years of reform and opening up, China’s economy and society, and other aspects have made remarkable achievements. Due to the convenient traffic conditions and the national development strategy,east coast growing fast in the reform and opening up. Guizhou province is located in the southwest inland areas in China,owing to no border,no coastal,no along the river, and the factors of historical and social, its economic and social development lags behind the national average for a long time.Under that background, the national and Guizhou are proposed to increase the opening up,develop inland open economy.ln order to develop Guizhou inland open economy, we need to understand the current situation of the development of Guizhou inland open economy.In this paper, on the basis of related research at home and abroad analysis the related concepts,the related theory, the empirical study of measuring the open economy development level.Secondly, analyzed the development of Guizhou inland economic,mainly from the opening of the trade, tourism,FDI, investment,and compared with the development of the national average. The study found that:domestic and foreign trade in Guangzhou growing fast, but the scale is relatively small; Tourism income play an important roll in the Guangzhou economy;FDI increasing fast; Gross industrial output value of enterprises with foreign investment growth rate faster,but the scale is relatively small;FDI industrial output is small. Next compared with six neighboring provinces we found that Guizhou inland open economic is the last one.By comparing with the nation we found that although the open economy in Guizhou lags behind the national average,but the gap is shrinking year by year. This paper puts forward four suggestions:to build platform;to promote enterprise;to reform the system;to strengthen the leadership.
