Since the reform and opening up,Jiangxi's opening up has gradually deepened.Especially since the 21 st century,Jiangxi's open economy has achieved remarkable results.In 2016,the Jiangxi Provincial Government issued the "Opinions on Deeply Implementing the New Concept of Open Development and Building a New Pattern of Comprehensive Openness",and proposed the establishment of a new inland two-way open highland.In May 2019,when General Secretary Xi Jinping visited Jiangxi,he clearly requested that Jiangxi should take full advantage of the location adjacent to Changzhu and Min,take the initiative to integrate and build the “Belt and Road”,actively participate in the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and dock the Yangtze River Delta,Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,and promote the development by opening up.In April 2020,the State Council approved the establishment of the Jiangxi Inland Open Economic Pilot Zone,and Jiangxi Province ushered in a major opportunity to create a new highland of inland opening.The achievements of Jiangxi Province's inland open economy development are encouraging,but there is still a significant gap compared with other central provinces.Therefore,assessing the level of development of inland open economy compalatly and analyzing its influencing factors can make the achievements and deficiencies of inland open economy development more clear for Jiangxi Province,which has just ushered in the historical opportunity of inland open development Identify important fulcrums for creating a new highland of inland opening,and further enhance the level of inland economic opening in Jiangxi Province.Scholars have accumulated rich research results on the connotation of open economy,evaluation of development level,and research on influencing factors,such as theories of international division of labor and international investment;research methods such as entropy method and gray correlation method are the inland open economies of Jiangxi Research on development level and influencing factors provides a good theory and method to follow.Through the visits and investigations of relevant departments in Jiangxi Province,Nanchang,Ganzhou,Jiujiang,and Wuhan,we have obtained valuable first-hand information.On this basis,referring to the theories andmethods of domestic and foreign scholars' assessment of the level of open economic development,from the provincial and municipal levels,a comprehensive index system of inland open economic development in Jiangxi province and city area has been established.Using the entropy method to compare the development level of inland open economy in Jiangxi Province in time and space,the results show that in2018,the level of inland open economy development in Jiangxi Province ranked fourth among the six central provinces,and Jiangxi Province has significant gaps with other central provinces in terms of trade structure such as foreign trade dependence,foreign investment dependence,and other high-tech product exports.The development level of inland open economy in Jiangxi Province has been on the rise from 2009 to2009,but fluctuated between 2010-2011 and 2014-2015,and the development of inland open economy in 11 districts and cities in Jiangxi Province has not Equilibrium,Nanchang,Jiujiang,Shangrao,and Jingdezhen have long led the development level of inland open economy,and Fuzhou and Xinyu have long been behind.The grey correlation method was used to calculate the correlation coefficient and correlation degree of the 17 comparison sequences of the three levels of economic development,infrastructure construction,technology and education in Jiangxi Province from 2009 to 2018.The results show that factors such as economic foundation and infrastructure construction are the main long-term influencing factors for the development of the inland open economy in Jiangxi Province,and the impact of science and technology and education has increased in recent years.The economic driving force of specific regions is not strong,transportation infrastructure construction is incomplete,and there are not many cooperative regions that can be relied on.These problems have a certain negative impact on the development of Jiangxi's inland open economy.For this reason,in order to promote the development of inland open economy in Jiangxi Province,it is necessary to promote the development of export-oriented enterprises and specific regions,improve the construction of three-dimensional transportation networks,enhance the level of technological innovation in the export-oriented economy,strengthen domestic and foreign cooperation,and establish export-oriented economic development guarantees.Mechanism and other aspects.
