Research On The Development Of Inland Open Economy In

Great differences of economic development are existing between China inland areas and coastal areas, especially the differences the degree of opening to the outside world. However, how the opening of the inland areas is a difficult problem in the history of the world opening. So far, the economy belt of developed country is still mainly existed in the coastal areas. The typical inland opening up cities, such as Chicago, Ruhr,and Bangalore, belong to the shallow inland city or small developed countries, but inland cities belong to the deep interior.In China, accelerating the opening of the inland areas is the important measure to raise the level of the open economy comprehensively and to execute the strategy of coordinated regional development. From the Seventeen National Party Congress to the Eighteen National Party Congress, inland cities have accelerated the pace of opening up.The open economy of Chongqing inland is the typical example in exploration to Chinese inland. Chongqing exploration has accumulated many experience and also provided rich materials for the construction of the inland opening economy theory. Compared with the developed economy coastal areas, Chongqing inland opening economy still has a certain gap, so it is necessary to have a further study on Chongqing inland opening economy the foundation of understanding insufficiency and summing up the experience.Based on the review of the research literatures for the inland opening economy, the paper combined and summarized theoretical basis of the inland opening economy firstly.secondly,the basic ideas, main practices, achievements and the experience of inland opening economy were analyzed. Finally, the SWOT analysis was made on Chongqing inland opening economy from the four aspects advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats. Based on the basic ideas, main practices, SWOT analysis of Chongqing, and the summary of successful mode of inland opening economy at home and abroad, some enlightenments it can get for Chongqing inland opening economy. Based on that, the countermeasures and suggestions are given as follows: implementing the innovation driven strategy from system, strengthening the construction of foreign investment service system, and enhance government’s effectiveness of inland open economy development.
