With the gradual increase of the degree of market-oriented in China, the Chinese telecommunications industry began to take shape the competitive landscape, especially with virtual operators to join in at the year of 2014, thus increasing the intensity of competition in the communications market. So it is necessary in each of our corporate communications competitive intelligence work. The thesis on the current Chinese telecommunications market do a brief overview points out the intensity of competition in the communications market, further illustrates the importance of competitive intelligence in all communications companies; Analyzing on the content and the main method of communicating competitive intelligence gathering, and using PEST law the competitive environment of the telecommunications industry intelligence for analysis; It elaborated concepts competitor intelligence, and discusses the main method of communication enterprises in competitor intelligence gathering should be used when, within Chinese telecommunications industry, a detailed analysis of competitor intelligence; Finally, Chinese telecommunications companies on how to effectively carry out competitive intelligence work are discussed, pointing out the major policy communication enterprise competitive intelligence should be taken and appropriate management methods.
