Study On The Instruction Of Knowledge Competitive Intelligence Management System In The Enterprise

With the arrival of knowledge economy, under the impact of the social competitive environment being more complex, the sharp increase of information quantity day by day, and the fast development of information technology, every kind of organization system, and the management pattern transformation correspondingly, the knowledge will become the most valuable resource in the human society. Under this kind of environment, competitive intelligence needs to reconstruct its work system in order to adapt to enterprise's development, and make it to develop towards the modern competitive intelligence. At the same time, we also note that knowledge management has already been applied in many domains as a kind of management idea, method and mechanism. Then, main question of this paper to solve is how to correctly know the relationship of the competition intelligence research and the knowledge management, how to apply the knowledge management idea, the method and the technology to the intelligence research work, how to construct intelligence research work system on the basis of the knowledge management.This paper firstly proposed the research background and the significance in the first chapter of introduction.Taking the general theory of competitive intelligence and knowledge management as the starting point, the first chapter analyzed the origin of knowledge management thought, the knowledge management connotation, the frame system, the new view; and furthermore analyzed the competition intelligence origin, the connotation, the work process.The second chapter analyzed the challenge that enterprise competition intelligence faced from the network, digitization, the user, the system and the social development in our country, and further proposed the competition intelligence development direction, the new domain of duty and the existed questions, and then proposed function of the knowledge management on the competition intelligence.The third chapter elaborated in detail the supplementary relations of the competition intelligence and the knowledge management on the content construction, the work process, the implementation method and the goal, and proposed enterprise competition intelligence work process based on the knowledge management. The fourth chapter discussed the construction of knowledge competition intelligence management system based on the knowledge management, then analyzed its construction methods and the measure of four level, the target of this system, the infrastructure , the interpersonal network and the intelligence knowledge library.The fifth chapter elaborated the application of knowledge management in the competition intelligence management system of Shell Services International Group of Companies and Huaju company.Finally, this paper gave this paper's conclusion, pointed out the paper's deficiency and further study direction from now on.
