With the development of Baoshan College "upgraded", "Campus Network" were established, the college has continued to increase the scale of fixed assets at the same time, management methods are also improvements. Development, the fixed assets management information system of institute to improve the school's level of scientific management has important practical significance.This article analyzes the background and significance of system development, according to Baoshan college North and South, two campuses of the practical operational needs of the system analysis and business requirements into a computer to complete the functional requirements, in this based on a systematic design, system relying on the existing campus network, the fixed asset purchase, use, depreciation, liquidity to scrap the whole cycle into the system management, and effective protection of the fixed assets of information in the system, the flow of internal security, the administration of fixed assets, statistics, queries, tracking the flow of assets and depreciation, obsolescence and so on throughout the life cycle of the implementation of dynamic management.
