| Visual monitoring system is an effective and comprehensive means to guarantee safety and it is also a very important part of safeguard system. The information that the monitoring system provides is vivid, accurate and informative, thus it is widely used in public places. In recent years, with the rapid development of computer technology, internet and image processing, huge progress has been gained in monitoring technology. There are two kinds of monitoring system in terms of technology, namely, digital visual monitoring system and internet monitoring system. This thesis probes into the application of internet in building a massive monitoring system in public security departments.This thesis studies the dynamic monitoring system of Yu Huan county, Tai zhou, based on network system. The crucial technologies involved are TCP/CP internet processing technology, digitalized compression technology and digitalized storage technology. The thesis bases on the need analysis of monitoring system of Yu Huang public security sections and aims at gridding and modularizing the monitoring system on the basis of the massive network. A detailed analysis and design of different modules such as video taking, data storage, monitoring center and platform has been carried out in the paper. This thesis also explores the function of monitoring system and the ways to realize them as well.What's more, this paper furthers the study of monitoring system program in Yu Huan and applies the result of this program to this paper, which helps to study the systematic function, ways of testing the results and the other fields when the program is finished. A professional test software has been utilized to simulate the real situation in monitoring, the function and feature of which have been tested too. And the result of the test is just as expected. |
