The21st century is the information time, and information exchanging has become one of the most important components of human life. Networks as the main carrier of information exchanging, have become the most important social infrastructure. The developments of mobile Internet, Internet of things and car networking concepts prove that networks has become the core of social life. Education, business, entertainment and culture are inseparable from the support of the network. As people become increasingly dependent on the network, networks become more and more large-scale, and the requirements for the network performance get also increasing. How to ensure the effectiveness of the reliability and stability of such large-scale networks, how to scientifically and effectively manage the network, and how to research more advanced network technology has become a hot topic among many scholars and research institutions. The solution to these problems depends on the effective measurements of networks and the analysis of the network performance.This paper will discuss the massive measurement data analysis technique of the cloud monitoring platform, aims to analyze the performance of large-scaled networks from the massive measurement data, the massive measurement data analysis technique consists of two parts, one is the massive measurement data analysis algorithm, the other is the massive measurement data analysis system. The massive measurement data analysis algorithm proposes a computing method for analyzing the performance of the networks. The massive measurement data analysis system is the software implementation of the analysis algorithm. The analysis system uses the cloud computing programming model to implement the algorithm. With the help of the powerful cloud storage capacity and computing power, the massive measurement data analysis system provides the network managers a rapid massive measurement processing tool.The paper is organized as follow:First, this paper introduces the relevant background and importance of massive measurement analysis, and then shows the related technologies, which includes the existing network measurement methods and network performance evaluation methods. Second, the requirement analysis of the massive measurement data analysis system gives an introduction of objectives, design principles and functional requirements of the system. Followed is the introduction of the massive measurement data analysis algorithm which includes the integrated-indicator analysis method of the performance of network paths and the low coupling analysis method of the performance of networks. Then this paper will discuss the structure of the whole massive measurement data analysis system and the design of each part. Finally, several sets of experiments will be discussed. These experiments will show how the massive measurement data analysis technique can be used in the actual scenes and also try to prove the accuracy and worth of the technique.
