Integrating the information publishing, office applications and services functions, building a customizable, easy management, contract management system to meet the development trend of information technology is the final goal. Through the development of the system, we can reduce costs and improve the overall economy. The subject uses a configuration file in management of the program, storing configuration information in a XML file. As the core module of content management system, the mechanism can be customized to meet a user-defined purpose of the page display. The system can change the page display without the need to change the system code. Therefore, this subject aims to B/S structure, through the XML configuration file stored configuration information, such as database fields, so that the preparation of the specific database system and the phase separation, the system is running in the process of reading XML configuration file, in accordance with configuration information connect to database, and XML in the configuration information and the field shows that the generation of dynamic Web pages.
