Now Domino/Notes exploitation platform is the best software to design OA in the market. WFM technique has been research focus worldwide. We analyse the workflow research actuality and the theory and reference model of WfMS. In the OA system of Harbin Songjiang copper corporation,we adopt workflow technology.So in this paper, we choose Domino/Notes system as the exploitation platform under CERP environment. And discuss the core technology to design OA in detail, including workflow designer, security designer, interface designer, and so on. About the workflow designer, we will discuss modules designer of the workflow reference model, workflow application, workflow pigeonhole and audit database and modeling based on Petri net and the arithmetic of validate correctness. About the security designer, Domino/Notes system supports nine layers security model. And every layer has it is own accessing popedom. In order to protect system and user security, we will design every layer independently and assemble the different layers. About the interface designer, we will discuss the communication between Domino/Notes system and relative database of CERP system, between Domino/Notes system and OFFICE. At one time, we will give a project instance about OA, include handle official business affair, common information, and so on. At the end, we also point out the subject which we should research about the OA.
